Getting help once you've place your order

Once you've placed your order with Techdna, you can login to your Techdna account and check the history and progress of any orders you have placed with us.

I have not received my order

There may be several reasons why your order has not been received. Please login to your account and select View Order Status from the My Account link on the top of the page.

Any tracking numbers allocated will be visible on this page including the status of any orders being processed.
