What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards. We do not apply any surcharges on commercial credit cards. Currently we do not accept Paypal on our website.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been sent, please contact us to cancel your purchase. If your order has been sent for fulfilment, please follow our returns procedure.

I have a question about a product you sell, can you help?

Data sheets and product description are provided by the manufacturer or the authorised agent. If you have further questions about a product we sell, please contact the manufacturer of the product by using the manufacturer tab on the product description. All product descriptions are provided in good faith and may not necessarily be completely accurate at all times.

Does VAT apply to my order?

VAT is tax payable on goods purchased from our site. Our prices include GB VAT at the current rate of 20%; this is broken down for the convenience of business and international customers in our shopping cart.

VAT is payable by all UK customers, whether VAT Registered or not. We provide a VAT invoice for all orders.

Companies within the EU with a valid VAT Registration do not need to pay VAT. In such cases please submit your VAT number as part of the order notes and your order amount will be adjusted before we charge your card. Our order processing department will verify the VAT number is correct and relates to your business.

You do not have to pay VAT on orders if you are purchasing outside the EU. During checkout, our shopping cart will remove the VAT element of the order if you enter a shipping address outside the EU. In other instances, please pay the full amount and request a re-calculation in the order notes. Our order processing team will adjust the amount before charging your credit/debit card.

How can I track my order during transit?

Login to your Techdna account to view history relating to the processing of your order. Tracking numbers are available on your order status page. We will endeavour to inform you of the progress of your order by email. You will be notified when your order is handed to the courier for transit.

How do I obtain a copy invoice/receipt?

Login to your Techdna account to view your order history and view receipts for your order.

When will I get my order?

Delivery is usually within the time frame stated on the delivery policy. Please view our delivery policy for more information.

What happens if my order is lost in the post or arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us.

If your order has not arrived within 7 clear working days of the projected delivery date, please contact us.

We advise customers to check contents of packages on receipt and where appropriate sign for the item as damaged or inform the courier within 24 hours.

What currencies do you accept?

We accept payment in Pound Sterling (GBP £) and Euros (EU €). To switch currencies, simply select the currency symbol on the top right corner of our website. Your card will be charged in the currency you select without any conversion fees or additional surcharges.

When do you charge our card?

We will only charge your card once your order is shipped. No funds will be taken from your account until order has been dispatched.
